Finland Names Women’s Squad for the 2026 Nordic Championship

Finland selected a women’s national squad combining experienced players and new additions for the Nordic Championship in Stockholm on 28 February–1 March 2026.

Finland announced its women’s national Underwater Rugby squad for the Nordic Championship in Stockholm.

Two training camps after the European Championship focused on integrating new players and adapting the team’s playing system to the smaller competition pool.

The squad included 16 players and one reserve. Heli Koskinen was named captain and Nuppu Uusitalo assistant captain.

The final preparation period focused on team play, individual skills and increasing playing speed.
